Alpharetta City Center Expansion

Downtown Alpharetta continues expanding northward with the planned completion of a pair of mixed-use structures sometime this year.

The buildings with architecture described as “timeless” and “distinctive” is under development in the 120 block of North Main Street, replacing a couple of old homes near the intersection of Cumming Street. A third building on the corner—a 2,800-square-foot brick house currently home to Beau Vinci Violins that Alpharetta lists as historic—is also part of the development but is being preserved. Plans call for it to be brought up to code and converted to a restaurant.

Each new three-story building will include about 32,000 square feet of office, 4,000 square feet of retail, 6,000 square feet of restaurant, and 4 ‘For-Sale’ condominium units.

The North Main Street project is expected to be completed early to mid 2024 year. It'll rise just north of another new development called 100 North Main, a classical-style office building.
