Johns Creek is planning an ambitious 192-acre city hub with plans to weave together parks, housing, trails, a water feature. Creekside Park is planned for a location behind the current City Hall and will include trails, new sidewalks, and other transportation upgrades that maximize space along the waterfront
The center piece of the new Town Center will be an Avalon-esque 43 acre site mixed use development called The Medley, located at the intersection of Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Rd, the site of the former State Farm Corporate Campus.
TDC’s Medley vision calls for 200,000 square feet of space for restaurants, retail, and entertainment. The residential side will include roughly 900 residential units—a mix of townhomes and luxury multifamily homes—and 110,000 square feet of office space and a central community greenspace.
The confirmed tenants include Fadó Irish Pub, Little Rey, Mexican, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, Summit Coffee, Lily Sushi Bar, Knuckies Hoagies, Cookie Fix, Sugarcoat Beauty, BODY20, and AYA Medical Spa.
Phase 1 is schduled to open 3rd quarter 2026 with phase 2 opening end of year 2027.
