Large Scale Condos planned for Downtown Alpharetta.

A boutique condo venture like nothing Alpharetta has ever seen is moving toward breaking ground. Marketed as a “premier living experience” the 92 Thompson Street project aims to blend Tudor with midcentury modern. The smallest units will start at 4,000 sq feet. The location which is currently occupied by older ranch homes will be along Thompson Street, which links Avalon with Downtown Alpharetta. The new condos will back up directly to the Alphaloop.

The five-unit project is being built by a small team of investors, designers, and real estate developers that includes Atlanta-based Terminus Design Group. The exterior will feature a Tudor design, giving the impression it stands two stories and not three. The interiors will be designed in a modern midcentury style featuring a resident elevator lobby. The foundation level will allow for 20 parking spaces. The development will comprise of two three-bedroom units on each floor spanning just over 4,000 square feet each—with the option to combine them. Each of the units comes with private elevator access, at least four parking spaces and another 600 to 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space.

A 8,000 sq foot penthouse unit spanning the entire 3rd level has already been claimed by one of the developers The four non-penthouse options will be finished to a “white box” level and is expected to sell for $2.5+ million, with an additional $1M in finishes
