Town at Trilith- Atlanta's Hollywood Hometown

Trilith Studios, formerly known as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, served as the home for cast and crew who worked on "Avengers: Endgame." As of 2023, Trilith has dedicated 1,000 acres to film studios, workshops, offices and backlots and now has a new project that aims to redefine the American small town.

The "Town at Trilith" is slated to become the largest TV and film complex in the U.S. Located just a short drive from Atlanta in Fayetteville GA this multi-use, live, work & play community includes a variety of soundstages, homes, restaurants, shops, lofts, rec areas and even a school. Building has already begun on a seven-acre entertainment complex and hotel with plans for concerts, festivals and live audience tapings, scheduled to open in 2024.

The suburban homes and town locations were used in filming major Hollywood blockbusters including the Avengers Movies, Spider-Man, Black Adam and game shows like Family Feud. Some of the homes were used as temporary housing for the biggest names in Hollywood while they were filming on location. Trilith's residential area has completed and sold about 300 European-inspired homes (30 percent more than two years ago) alongside 600 apartments. Approximately 1,000 people now live here full-time. The first quarter of 2024 will bring another 350 houses in seven different architectural themes

New construction is everywhere at Trilith. The fifth phase of Trilith Studios is scheduled to open next month, with 32 different soundstages spread across an expanding footprint of 740 acres—nearly the size of four Piedmont Parks stitched together

Boasting 12 restaurants and 30 stores and shops Trilith’s broader goal is to “redefine the modern American town,” forging a new kind of suburban community that prizes walkability and sustainability. A place wher young creatives coexist with families, actors, directors, writers, and well-to-do retirees. Beyond kids, the youngest full-time Trilith residents have just graduated college, while the oldest at the moment are 95.

Tours of the town and filming locations are open to the public, $25 for a guided trolley tour. The Trilith Experience
